GET TO KNOW ME
I have known since I was very young that I wanted to work in a helping profession. My journey has taken many twists and turns, and I have hit my own roadblocks along the way but thankfully I have been surrounded by the support of God, my family, and healing professionals that have helped me continue my journey towards healing and fulfillment. It is my goal to meet you where you are at and then help you get to where you want to be.
I have experienced my own traumas in life from various seasons that I have worked through mentally, physically, and spiritually. I have found that God offers us a deeper level of healing than we can obtain on our own. My own path has further increased my passion for helping others find healing and freedom in their own personal lives, as well as, within their marriages and families.

When I am not in sessions I find joy in spending time with my sweet children, my joyful husband, and my playful puppies. I also love doing crafts, cooking, and traveling with my family.

I obtained my bachelor’s degree from Austin Peay State University in 2014 in Health and Human Performance. After completing this degree, I took some time off of work and school to be home as my husband and I grew our family with three wonderful children. After a vivid dream and lots of prayer, we then realized it was time for me to get back to pursuing my dream of becoming a professional in the mental health field. Since 2017 I have worked in various roles within the mental health field and obtained my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University in 2019. I have been working with individuals, couples, and families in private practice since early 2019 and am excited to continue the journey in helping others find healing and freedom. I am licensed in Tennessee as a Marriage and Family Therapist, License #1764.
